Every individual interested in our vocational training program starts by undergoing a comprehensive vocational evaluation. During this process, we assess the participant’s physical, mental, emotional, and social abilities, as well as their limitations and work tolerances, to assess their current and future employment potential. The main purpose of this process is to create a vocational profile that impacts and informs future employment-related decisions.
We contract through the NC Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to provide assistance for disabled individuals who require intensive training and long-term support to obtain and maintain employment. We also partner with local businesses in East Flat Rock, North Carolina to establish outsourcing labor contracts to provide employment opportunities for our program participants and to help businesses find a valuable, quality source of labor.
