The Adult Developmental Vocational Program (ADVP) is designed to serve the needs of adults with developmental disabilities who have recognized barriers to employment. To be served in ADVP you must have a diagnosis of intellectual / developmental disabilities, autism or traumatic brain injury. Participants in this program must be at least 18 years of age, express an interest in working, be able to toilet, feed and ambulate independently within the facility, and qualify for IPRS funding through Western Highlands Network.

- Pre-Vocational Skills Training
- Social Skills Training
- Independent Living Skills
- Community Integration
Compensatory Education Classes These classes pertain to the development of skills in vocational education, academics and independent living.
